System Requirements

You can access your courses from various devices and platforms, on both PC and Mac desktops/laptops, as well as Android and iOS mobile devices.

How do I buy a course?

Add your selected course to the shopping cart. Click on “view cart” or fill out your information, choose your payment method and create your account password if you are not registered.

How can I pay for my courses?

Pay via PayPal; you can pay with your credit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account.

Do I have to register to buy a course?

Yes, because it is the only way to gain access to your course.

I’ve purchased a course. Now what?

Once you buy a course, you will receive an email confirmation to access the page where the course is hosted. Click on the title of the course to begin taking it immediately. To access your courses at anytime, click on “my accountand then on my courses”. 

I can’t find my course.

Your purchased courses will be available by clicking on “my account” and once there click on “my courses” where you can also see to progress for each of your courses.

How do I manage my shopping cart?

By clicking on the “cart” in the navigation bar, you are gaining access to your shopping cart when logged in. If you have previously added products (courses or resources) to your shopping cart, you are able to apply any coupon, choose to delete a product and get ready to proceed to check out.

What if I change my mind and want to drop the course?

Ampeduca wants you to be satisfied with the course you enroll in, and as a result, course purchases can be refunded within the first 7 days. If you purchased a course using PayPal, then typically it takes 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and for the money to become available in your PayPal balance. If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, however, please contact us.

Can I take a course more than once?

Yes, you can take the course how often you want and the course content will be always available for you. It is not permitted to share anything from it without ampeduca’s written permission.

What do I do if I need technical assistance or have a question?

If you need technical assistance please contact ampeduca and if you have a question regarding the course please contact the course author. Contact information is in the introduction/welcome of each course.

How much time do I have to complete my course?

You don’t have a time limit to complete your courses.

Is there a discount when purchasing multiple online courses?

Yes! You can check the discount consulting Teacher/School/District 

Will I receive a certificate at the end of a course?
At the end of the course, there will be generated a certificate of completion that you can download immediately after completing the reflection. Let us know if you need a different kind of evidence or description of your completion.

Can I share the course or course content?
No, the course is only for you and it is not permitted to share anything from it without ampeduca’s written permission.

How do I download a resource after buying it?
You can either download it from the email you get once your order is complete, or from your downloads in your account

How do I get a free (resource) downloadable?
Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. It is completely free! You can either download it from the email you get once your order is complete, or from your downloads in your account

How do I check the newsletters’ archive?
Just go to the archive where you will find all our Newsletters
